01

Privacy & VPN

Connectivity tools built on transparency. Users see what's happening to their traffic — kill switches, protocol selection, and leak detection surfaced in plain interface. Protection that's legible, not just present. No dark patterns around auto-renewing trials on first launch.

02

Storage Cleaners

Cache analysis, duplicate photo detection, and residual data surfacing — each with a confirmation step before anything is removed. The tool reports clearly, proposes the fix, and waits for approval before acting. Users stay in control throughout.

03

File Converters

On-device format bridges for documents, images, and media files. Files never leave the device — no upload queue, no third-party dependency, no server round-trip. Conversion happens locally; output lands in Files or the share sheet immediately.

04

Document Scanners

Edge detection, automatic perspective correction, and clean PDF output. The core scanning function is free — no paywall on the first tap. Works in ordinary indoor light on ordinary hardware. Premium adds batch processing and OCR text layers.

05

Battery & Performance

Diagnostics that identify which processes are draining the device — presented clearly, without inflating the perceived problem to upsell a fix. The tool doesn't contribute to the drain it diagnoses. Lightweight, honest, background-safe.

06

Safety Utilities

Permission access patterns, configuration risks, and network anomalies surfaced in plain language — not alarm-style threat scores designed to prompt panic upgrades. Findings are actionable; the tone is informative. We don't manufacture urgency.

How we work

01

Research

App Store reviews, user forums, and what competing tools consistently miss — all of it read before a wireframe is drawn. Narrow problem definition is the discipline that keeps scope from expanding. We identify the gap first, then build toward it.

02

Design

Tap paths mapped before visual work begins. Native platform patterns because users have already learned them — we build on that baseline, not against it. Accessibility is in from the first frame. Not retrofitted at the end when it's expensive to fix.

03

Ship

TestFlight, staged rollout, live crash monitoring. The 1.0 is the beginning of a tool's life, not its conclusion. iOS updates shift APIs; user patterns evolve. We stay close after launch — that's when the real signal arrives.

What we believe

01

Less, on purpose

Narrow scope is the constraint that produces reliability. A tool that does one thing completely is worth more than one that does five things adequately. Every addition is a trade we have to justify.

02

No borrowed growth

Distribution earned through product quality compounds. We build things that get recommended because they're genuinely worth recommending — not because we paid for the placement.

03

Invisible craft

The decisions that define a well-built tool are invisible when they're right. Users notice only when they're wrong. We aim for the absence — the experience of something that just works.

04

No first paywall

The function that justifies downloading the app must be free. Premium depth is legitimate. Gating the core task is not. We don't build apps where the first-run experience is a subscription prompt.
